                                    Christmas Tree Cheese Ball

          Dip
         
          4 cups softened cream cheese
          1/2 c. sun-dried tomatoes
          1/2 c. chopped red bell peppers
          1/4 c. chopped parsley
          1/4 c. chopped chives
          1 Tbsp. onion powder
          2 tsp. garlic powder
          salt and pepper to taste

         Decorations

         1-1/2 cups pitted olives
         1/2 c. chopped sun-dried tomatoes
         Rosemary sprigs for garnish

         Combine dip ingredients in a bowl and mix.                          t        Scoop the cream cheese on a serving plate. Place a piece
         of non-stick plastic wrap around the cheese and shape
         into a Christmas Tree. Decorate with the olives and  
         tomatoes and garnish with rosemary. Serve with crackers,
         cheese and sausage. Happy Holidays!
