Celebrate Cinco de Mayo with White Queso, Black Bean and Corn Salsa, Chicken Enchiladas with Green Chili Sauce, Mexican Rice and Coconut Bread Pudding.
Date: Saturday June 8th
We will prepare Herb Salad with Walnut Crusted Goat Cheese, Orzo with Roasted Garlic Vinaigrette, Grilled Shrimp with Chipolte Dressing and a Grilled Peach Salad with Raspberry Vinaigrette.
Kids 4th of July Cooking Class

Time: 12 noon
We will prepare festive favorites. We will decorate cupcakes, prepare wrapped hot dogs , Patriotic Ice Cream Sandwiches and Chocolate Dipped Strawberries.
Date: Friday July 12th
We will prepare Gruyere Apple Tarts, Coq au Vin, Roasted Asparagus with Hazelnut Vinaigrette and Crepes with Grand Marnier.
Date: Saturday August 17th
This class includes Mushrooms in Puff Pastry, Chorizo Filled Dates with Bacon, Flatbread with Roasted Vegetables and Garlic Shrimp Tapas served with Sangria.
